ombra.digital is operated by Ombra Co. Pty Ltd, ABN 83 689 885 363, ACN 689 885 363, in Melbourne, Australia. Ombra Digital is a registered business name of the company.

These terms relate to the company website. Client services and use of Nook or Jarrah are covered by their own agreements and product terms.

Portfolio and intellectual property

The portfolio includes work created directly for brands and through in-house and agency roles. Copyright and other rights in photographs, campaigns, designs, logos and other material remain with their respective owners. Displaying material here does not transfer those rights or grant a licence to reuse it.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. For permission to reproduce, adapt or commercially use portfolio material, contact us first so we can identify the relevant rights holder. This does not restrict uses permitted by copyright law.

Client names and logos identify relevant work and experience. They do not imply a current engagement, partnership or endorsement of every service or product on this site.

If you have a concern about credit, ownership or the display of an image, email us with the page link and details so we can review it.

Services and pricing

Service descriptions and package prices give an overview of our work. They are not a booking confirmation or a commitment to take on a project. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a client engagement.

Any engagement is subject to an agreed scope, availability and separate terms covering fees, deliverables, timing and relevant rights. Advertising spend is separate from management fees. App design and development is quoted for the individual project.

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to the listed prices. Your quote will show GST and the total fees before an engagement is agreed.

Products and external links

Nook and Jarrah are currently in development. Screenshots and descriptions show the products’ direction; features and availability may change before release. Refer to each product’s website for current information.

External websites, including social media, have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee that their content will remain available.

Using the site

Please use this website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it to distribute harmful material.

We aim to keep the information accurate, but errors and interruptions can occur. Please contact us to confirm details before relying on them for a project or purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
