It does not describe the data handled inside Nook or Jarrah. Those products have their own features, providers and privacy information. See Our apps and other websites below.

Information we receive

You can browse this website without creating an account. There is no contact form, checkout or newsletter signup on this site.

• If you email us: we receive your email address, name if provided, message and any attachments or project details you choose to send. Email links open your email application; they do not submit anything until you send the message.
• When you visit: hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, request times and security signals to deliver and protect the website.

Please only send information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive information about children, health or other people through a general enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage to track you. We have not installed advertising pixels or audience analytics. Images, fonts and video are served through our website rather than third-party media embeds.

Our hosting platform uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Cloudflare currently sets a __cf_bm cookie to help distinguish people from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare describes this as a security cookie, separate for each site, rather than a cross-site advertising identifier.

This means the hosted website is not entirely cookie-free. Cloudflare may also use security cookies if a browser challenge is required. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking security cookies may affect access.

How information is used

Enquiries stay in our business email inbox. We do not copy enquiry details into a CRM or add them to a mailing list. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Our email, hosting and security providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Correspondence is retained for handling enquiries and keeping relevant project, accounting or legal records. The period depends on the purpose and any record-keeping obligations. Hosting logs, security records and provider backups are subject to the providers’ retention arrangements.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information sent to us has been accessed or used inappropriately.
