3. Contract Duration Our services require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this period, you may opt out with a 30-day notice.

4. Payment Terms Payments are due at the start of each month, with invoices to be paid within 7 days. For digital products, payment is required upfront at the time of purchase.

5. No Returns or Exchanges for Digital Products All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital products.

6. Communication We are available for communication Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Community management is not included in our packages and must be handled by the business owners.

7. Reporting At the end of each month, you will receive a detailed digital report highlighting key metrics and insights.

8. Access Requirements For effective management, we require access to all social media accounts, including emails and passwords, as well as any scheduling software you use.

9. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and ensure that all information shared with us remains confidential.

10. Limitation of Liability Cosmo Social will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

11. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
