Initial Consultation:
We start with a 1-hour meeting to discuss your goals and needs.
Content Gathering:
We provide organized folders where you can easily add all your content, including screenshots of your favourite feed elements and your aesthetic goals, to keep everything neatly in one place.
Strategy Development:
I will then develop a strategy and send it through for your approval.
Implementation:
After access to account and assets are received the service kicks off. All creative is run by the dedicated contact for approval.
Ongoing Support:
Unlimited emails and weekly reports offered to ensure we are meeting your goals and adjusting the strategy as needed.

At Cosmo, we believe in clear and straightforward terms to ensure a smooth working relationship. Here are the key terms and conditions for our services:
1. Contract Duration:
Our services require an inital minimum commitment of 3-months. This allows us to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that delivers results.
2. Payment:
Payments are due at the start of each month. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt. This ensures we can focus on delivering exceptional service without delays.
3. Communication:
We are available for communication Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. This ensures that we are responsive and available to address your needs during business hours.
4. Community Management:
Community management is not included in our packages. This aspect must be handled by the business to maintain direct engagement with your audience.
5. Opt-Out Policy:
After the initial 3-month contract, you have the flexibility to opt out with 14 days notice. This provides peace of mind and flexibility if your needs change.
6. Reporting:
Each week you will receive a detailed digital report. This report will highlight key metrics and insights, helping you understand the impact of our services and make informed decisions.
7. Access Requirements:
For effective management, I require access to all social media accounts, including emails and passwords, as well as any scheduling software you use. This access allows us to seamlessly integrate and manage your online presence.
