Email Marketing Strategy
With a background in full-funnel digital strategy, I’ve led email marketing across Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce and Shopify for brands in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, gifting and services. My work focuses on building revenue-driven lifecycle systems — from welcome and post-purchase flows to retention, win-back and loyalty journeys — all tailored to the brand’s tone, customer behaviour and growth stage. Design, Build & Execution
Alongside strategic planning, I manage the full creative and technical execution of email marketing. This includes template design, copywriting, segmentation, automation setup, A/B testing and ongoing optimisation.
